刀头采用优良50号锰钢经冲压，高频淬火，热油回火，精磨等几道工序精制而成，刀口硬度可达HRC56-58度，异常锋利，可刮掉汗毛！
钉刀头因为上面有两个孔，用的时候需要用两根铆钉穿过刀孔把刀头牢牢钉在木柄上才可以使用，故而称为钉刀头也叫钉镰刀。做成成品后如下图所示：
