琼脂----------------------------------------15g
伊红---------------------------------------0.4g
美蓝------------------------------------0.065g
很终pH--------------------------------7.1±0.2
使用方法：称取本品37.5g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装三角瓶，121℃高压15min，冷至50℃倾注培养皿。
贮存：旋紧瓶盖，贮存于避光、阴凉干燥处。
执行标准：YZB/粤0813-2011
