2.刀具切削连续、平稳、避免产生崩刃和振动现象。
3.刀具寿命长，进口直槽精铰刀。
4.可避免铰削后孔产生椭圆度,孔的精度可以保证;光洁度可达IT7、8。
5.刀具材料选用山特维克进口材质。
刀具几何参数: 前角=4--5度，刀具后角a均为5~10°。
齿数Z可根据铰刀直径大小来选定,单数、双数均可。
尺寸d比工件初孔小0.5毫米,D为加工后的工件孔径尺寸。切削部分长度物可根据工件长度和加工余量自行确定。
