使用及用途:
TM-708有机硅密封胶是一种无溶剂、无腐蚀、无污染、耐老化、不流淌型单组份室温固化有机硅胶液。该胶具有优良的电绝缘性能,且定位性好,粘附性强,固化后弹性体大等特点,是大小功率电源、彩电及各种电器设备高压部位电子元器件的固定、防潮、抗震、耐电晕、抗漏电、绝缘密封的专用胶之一。
耐温-60~+200℃。亦可用于冰箱、冷库、管道、船舶等制冷设备的粘结密封。
使用方法:
将待粘合或涂敷的工件表面作一般清洁处理,直接将胶从铝软管中均匀挤出涂胶粘合。室温放置8~24小时(2~4mm)厚度,让其自行常温固化。如胶层厚或粘合面大,产品又不易接触到空气中微量水汽且室温过低的情况下,完全固化的时间则需数天。未用完毕需将胶盖拧紧,下次可继续使用。贮存期一年。
