     点火系统的作用是将蓄电池或磁电机输出的低压变成点火用的高压电,并送至火花塞,使火花塞产生准时和强烈的电火花,点燃气缸内的可燃混合气,从而推动发动机的运转做功。点火系统按提供点火的电源类型来分,可分为蓄电池点火与磁电机点火两大类型。

     摩托车点火器系统由磁电机点火线圈、CDI组件、点火线圈、触发线圈和火花塞等组成。工作时,随着磁电机飞轮的旋转,点火充电线圈产生交流电。当飞轮上的触发作用头转至触发线圈对应的位置之前,CDI内部的可控硅处于截止状态,点火充电线圈产生的交流电经二极管给电容器充电,使电容器两端电压急剧升高;到点火时间,触发作用头转至与触发线圈对应的位置,触发线圈产生信号电压,这一电压经触发电路到可控硅的控制板上,使可控硅导通。电容器放出的电流通过可控硅、点火初级线圈后,使点火线圈感应产生高压电流,使火花塞放电点火。
