1、耐火等级：防火窗也分为3个等级，甲级防火窗的耐火时间不低于1.5h，乙级防火窗的耐火时间不低于1h，丙级防火窗的耐火时间不低于0.5h。
2、透光性能：防火窗的防火玻璃的可见光透射的比符合国家标准GB15763.1-2009要求。
3、耐温性能：防火玻璃在-20至50℃时使用，透光度和颜色变化。
使用范围：
适用于高温建筑、宾馆的防护隔墙或防火间距不足的建筑间的相邻隔墙，甲、乙类厂房、库房和重要设施等防火分隔部位。
构造特点:
防火窗指的是用钢窗框、钢窗扇、防火玻璃所组成的，具有防火隔热性能的窗户。防火窗可以分为固定式防火窗和平开式防火窗，固定式防火窗指的是窗扇不能开启的防火窗。平开式防火窗的窗扇可以向外推开，也可以在启闭装置的作用下自动关闭。
