二、静电植绒涂料：静电植绒涂料也称绒面涂料，由植绒胶及绒毛构成。利用高压静电感应原理，将绒毛植于涂胶表面，干躁固化形成涂层。三、植绒纤维：人造丝、丙烯酸、聚脂、尼龙等纤维都能制成植绒纤维。

工作原理：静电植绒机是一个高压发生器，这项工作的原则是不同的电荷互相吸引。当静电植绒机工作的时候，它会产生高压，绒毛会带上负电荷。将工件的机体置于零电位或者接地，绒毛便会被基体吸附垂直立于机体上。基体在植绒前先刷上胶水，绒毛才会被粘在工件基体上。
