首次使用
1，正反掰动袋内金属片几下，使袋液体转化至结晶状态。
2，轻揉结晶后产品至柔软，敷于所需部位，用于暖手，关节等。
重复使用
1，把使用过已冷却之产品放入开沸水中加热5分钟左右，待产品内结晶体 回复液态，冷却，备用。
2，重复使用同上次使用方法。
警告
1,避免产品与容器直接接触，建议用毛巾包起产品进行加热。
2,不可用微波炉加热。
3,禁止6岁以下儿童使用。
4,若不慎PVC破裂,液体接触皮肤，清水冲洗即可;若不慎入眼入口，视情况就医。

To use:
1. Flex metal disc back and forth until crystals forms.
2. Knead pack to soften. The temperature is possible to reach about 50 degree (depends on the physical environment),
if the heat pack desired to prolong the heating duration, it is better to cover it up with a thin towel.
To prepare for next use:
1. Put the hardened heat pack into boiling water.
Continue boiling for approximately 5 minutes or until the crystals are completely liquefied.
2. When the pack cools down, it can be used again.
Warning:Do not heat directly in microwave oven.
