马尼拉麻，或者叫做蕉麻（Manila Hemp），是从麻蕉（abaca plant）中得到的一种具有商业价值的纤维。马尼拉麻可以用来制造绳子，海缆，麻线，和粗布。马尼拉麻长度可能超过12英尺（3.7米），常为白色或微黄色。马尼拉麻非常坚韧，对盐水有很强的抗腐蚀性。
麻蕉主要生长于菲律宾（Philippines ）和中美洲（Central America）。蕉麻长着一丛高达30英尺（9米）的叶柄（leafstalks），每一个叶柄上都长着6英尺（1.8米）长的叶子，开下垂的花穗。蕉麻的果实形状像香蕉，不可食用，里面有很多黑色的种子。把蕉麻的叶柄砍下，纵向劈开，去除其中的几股物质之后就可以得到马尼拉麻纤维了。然后把这些纤维进行清洗，晒干，捆扎。
麻蕉的拉丁学名是Musa textilis，属芭蕉科（Musaceae）。
