电铸标牌的厚度：一般都在5到15个丝的厚度，主要厚度为8-12个丝。
电铸标贴的颜色：主要以电镀银色和金色为市场上的主流，银色和金色一般当天下单第二天可取货，黑色和其它双色或三色以上的，生产时间为三到四天。
电铸标牌的粘胶：我公司主要用多种胶自调配的方式为主，同时也有3M7533和3M467和热容胶。
电铸标牌的特性：电铸标牌分四层，最底层为隔胶层，第二层是粘胶，第三层就是我们所用的电铸标牌了，第四层是电铸标牌的表面还有一层透明保护膜组成，主要在使用途中方便定位，表面可做哑面或亮面，以及表面做拉丝处理。
电铸标牌生产流程：做图-出菲林-感光-电铸-镀色-上膜-上胶-分切-包装。
