针刺无纺布属于无纺布的一种，以涤纶、丙纶原料制造，经过多次针刺加以适当热轧处理而成。根据不用的工艺，搭配不同的材料，制成上百种商品。

针刺无纺布是干法非织造布中一种，是将短纤维经过开松、梳理、铺成纤维网，然后将纤维网通过刺针加固成布，刺针有钩刺，将纤维网反复穿刺，钩带纤维加固，形成针刺无纺布，无纺布没有经线纬线之分，成布纤维杂乱，径向纬向性能差别不大。典型产品：合成皮革基布、针刺土工布等。

针刺无纺布系列产品是经过精细梳理成型，多次精密针刺或加以适当热轧处理而成。在引进国内外二条高精度针刺生产线的基础上，选用优质纤维。通过不同生产工艺配合，以及不同材料的配搭，目前市场上流通数百种不同的产品。

其中主要有：土工布、土工膜、戟绒布、音箱毯、电热毯棉、绣花棉、服装棉、圣诞工艺品，人革基布、过滤材料专用布富有弹性,可作为防震、密封、衬垫和弹性钢丝针布底毡的材料。
