- 打开外包装箱 ， 将主机和足盆拿出 ， 摆放在便于使用的位置 。将主机背面两只脚插入足盆前端固定孔中。足盆要套上塑料袋，然后隔着塑料袋往盆中加入适量的热水，水温大约 45 度，手感有点烫就可以了；
- 连接电源线，电源的一段接到主机，把能量极板插头与主机相连后置于水中 , 手腕带的插头与主机相连后戴在手腕上，请注意手腕反应区必须紧贴皮肤，接触的皮肤不能太干燥 ( 建议于手腕带接触面涂上保湿啫喱 ) ；
- 按下主机电源键，接通电源；
- 按 “” 或 “” 来调节时间 ; 通常选择 30 分钟 . 如无需改变 , 则直接按启动键开始工作；
- 将脚放入水中，开始工作。
操作技巧
由于不同地方，水土水质的不同，以及使用者身体的差异，而导致使用时能量参数需调整，如当水质较差，或使用者自身的生物电阻较大时，离子分解率 A 低于 2.0 安培 , 需加少许能量加速剂 , 增加水中能量释放的速度 , 但是为了保护能量极板的寿命 , 尽可能少加一点 , 以延长极板的使用寿命，离子分解率 A:2.0 -2.5A . 如能量值过高 , 主机机体易发热及报警 .
