防干烧功能：干烧温控是通过硅脂（导热体）紧贴于发热管/盘，当发热管/盘的温度达到超高温时（即非正常工作状态，如：1、产品在无水状态下加热；2、水沸自动关熄功能失效），干烧功能动作切断电源，从而避免产品因温度不断上升引起火灾等灾难的发生。但需强调的是：在使用中应尽量避免干烧，这会对产品造成损害，缩短使用寿命。
使用方法
第一次使用前或长时间使用后，应该把水壶灌水至其最大水位，然后把水烧开一到两次，并倒掉，以便清洁壶身。此时不宜饮用！
1、拉起壶上的环扣，将壶盖向上提起，即可开盖；
2、打开壶盖后，把水壶移离电源基座，向水壶灌入清水，注意不要超过其最大水位，盖好壶盖，放在电源基座
上，注意接触良好。
3、将电源插头插在220V交流电源上，按下开关按扭，电源指示灯亮，水壶开始加热。
4、水开后，开关自动断电，电源指示灯熄灭。
5、将水壶提升离开电源基座即可倒水饮用。
注意：严禁水壶干烧、高于最大水位
