材质：全部灯体采用压铸铝合金材料经过200吨的卧式大压力机器一次成压成型。表面玻璃一律为钢化的。
规格：168-1000W外型尺寸：54cm*54cm*23.5cm±2mm
168-400W 外型尺寸：43cm*42cm*13.5cm±2mm
168-250W 外型尺寸：36cm*34cm*12cm±2mm
168-175W 外型尺寸：27.5cm*30cm*11cm±2mm
特点1：因为灯体为无缝隙一次压铸成型，而且内凹槽用的是硅橡胶密封圈，外露搭扣为不锈钢，长期不会生锈，开启玻璃时只要轻轻的撬一下，就可以打开玻璃换灯泡了，里面是220伏的高温连接线，灯头板是采用上下双固定，有效的防止灯泡在灯体里面因为装的角度不同而晃动了，
2：采用防高温的陶瓷灯头，有效的防止因为电压不稳而毁灯泡。
3：流器的底板厚是1.1的，普通才是0.8的，底板厚的好处就是镇流器固定在底板可以牢固，在发快递时，不会因为物流人员的粗野行为，而毁坏灯体。
灯具的内空间比同类的大，这样光源因为工作时所散发的温度能够有效的散开，不会因为温度高而毁坏电器，可以延长电器的使用寿命。
