电源容量的计算
电泳电源的容量根据电泳的电压和电流进行选择，电压的高低主要取决于电泳的类型，适当考虑工件情况。
2.1 电压的确定：
电泳电源的额定电压应满足电泳漆施工电压要求，应小于电泳漆“破坏电压”，而大于电泳漆的“临界电压”。
对于阴极电泳，电泳过程中，工件作为阴极的叫做阴极电泳，反之，则称为阳极电泳。阴极电泳施工电压一般在200－350V之间，而对于阳极电泳(低压型)施工电压在50－100V之间，高压型阳极电泳漆施工电压在150－250V之间。总之，用户选用的电泳漆类型一但确定，则电泳电源的电压指标即可确定2.2 电泳电流的计算；
