电泳电源的容量根据电泳的电压和电流进行选择,电压的高低主要取决于电泳的类型,适当考虑工件情况。
2.1 电压的确定:
电泳电源的额定电压应满足电泳漆施工电压要求,应小于电泳漆“破坏电压”,而大于电泳漆的“临界电压”。
对于阴极电泳,电泳过程中,工件作为阴极的叫做阴极电泳,反之,则称为阳极电泳。阴极电泳施工电压一般在200-350V之间,而对于阳极电泳(低压型)施工电压在50-100V之间,高压型阳极电泳漆施工电压在150-250V之间。总之,用户选用的电泳漆类型一但确定,则电泳电源的电压指标即可确定2.2 电泳电流的计算;
