2、离高压线>55米；
3、离汽车或飞机>20米；
4、离含有强磁的物体，如各种磁铁、外磁式喇叭>10米；
5、离磁性较弱的物体如磁性按扣等>0.5米。
注意事项：
1.在水平状态下使用，以尽量确保准确；
2.为避免磁针发生错乱，使用时请与铁丝网、以及含有磁性的物体保持一定距离；
3.不可用测绘尺敲打物体，以免影响测量精度;
4.盘面和透镜要保持光洁，不要用脏布、手去揩擦;
5.不用时应闭合，放置不要靠近铁磁性物质，以免损耗磁性。
