PP网子为进口PP网,每个PP圆网独立可拆卸.网子薄,透水性好,电镀快上镀均匀.电镀过程中可以直接观察到工件上镀情况,可拿出来检测,这是敞口滚镀机的方便之处.
目前有旋转琐紧款,可做底部插钉款,配合滚镀机使用.
滚筒从设计到制作花费部分时间,修改几次才定型,滚筒内外花费大量时间修整后,光滑平整不卡料,无焊接缝隙.
笼子底部为旋转锁紧方式,方便快捷.
本设备可以配套PP槽子一起.马达调速可做槽子侧面,可做在滚镀机上.
