精度：±0.01pH pH值：4.00、6.86、9.18
配置时极易造成配置误差，为确保配置精度要注意三个方面事项：
1、粉剂要完全倒入，为避免配置误差，最好用水冲洗一遍塑料袋
2、配置用水的电导率要控制在2us/cm以内，一般用蒸馏水或超纯水即可
3、250ml是指25°C时的水体积
配置时要注意器皿的清洁，要防止细菌进入溶液，以便延长保存时间，配置好的缓冲剂要保存在棕色密封瓶，保存期不宜超过五天。
缓冲液的使用：250mL的缓冲液可以分多次使用，
在仪器进行标定时用三个塑料（玻璃）小容器，
分别倒入4.00、6.86和9.18缓冲液，并做好标记。
缓冲 液使用量只要能够全部淹没玻璃电极即可。
使用过的缓冲液应倒掉不要重复使用。剩余部分存放
在20-25℃阴凉干燥处。
