把塌落度筒放在一平整物体上(可以是铁板或木板)，向筒内倒入混凝土，每到10CM高度振捣一次，分三次倒入完毕每次填装后用捣锤沿桶壁均匀由外向内击25下。捣实后，抹平。然后拔起桶,提起塌落度筒放在旁边，让混凝土自然坍塌，用一直尺平放在筒口，然后用直尺或卷尺，量取筒口至混凝土点的高度，即为塌落度 坍落度筒的提离过程应在5～10s内完成；从开始装料到提坍落度筒的整个过程应不间断地进行，并应在150s内完成。
