 水素水(Hydrogen Water)即富氢水,是直接使用了日语原名。因日语中“水素”的意思是“氢”,所以也有人称之为“氢水”,国内又叫富氢水。关于富氢水的研究,始于2007年发表在《自然医学》杂志的第一篇氢气生物学论文,这篇论文详细的论述了氢气的生物学效应。常识告诉我们氢气是不溶于水的。在中学关于制备氢气的化学实验中,就采用排水法收集氢气,其主要原因是考虑到氢气是不溶于水的。实际上,氢气并不是不能溶于水,只是溶解度极低。如果按照摩尔浓度计算,20℃时水溶解101.325kPa纯氢气的浓度为0.92mmoI/L。所以如何提升并保持氢气水的浓度及稳定性,才是氢气医学应用上的科研难题。随着国内纳米气液混合技术的发明与应用,攻克了氢气不溶于水的科学难题,采用物理方法让水均匀包裹氢分子,促使氢气和水达成稳定结合。具有氢气浓度高,稳定性好等特点。
