那么怎样使用和保养不粘锅呢？
1、首次使用前将锅上所有标贴除去，以海绵用含有清洁剂的温水清洗抹干；用火烘干水分，倒入适量的食油，再用布抹干油份，或者洗净锅后把油放进锅里均匀涂抹加热15分钟，待锅(勿洗锅)自然冷却后使用，最好是放置一个晚上第二天再使用。这样便可得好的煮食效果，并有利于保养。
2、烹饪时以中、细火为宜，严禁锅体干烧。煮食时，先用中火烧热锅底，然后放入食物，专家已经证明这样烹调能保持食物的原汁、原味，营养不走失；猛火烹调不再为现代营养学所接受，食物因受高温易形成炭化物，对人体有害，同时损害锅体。
3、为保护炊具不粘表面，每次用完锅后自然冷却后再进行清洗，切忌冷水冲洗热锅，否则会降低不粘锅的使用寿命。
4、为了延长不粘锅的使用寿命，切忌锅体干烧，最好使用尼龙铲、木铲和硅胶铲。
5、遇顽固圬渍不可用钢丝球清洗。
