1、 整流器最好能安装在透风,散热良好的位置,因整流器工作 时会产生高温,散热不良会损坏整流器.
2、注意整流器安装时要紧密贴在车架上,利于导热,也可以在整流器与车架之间加 导热胶.
3、整流器与车架之间不要压进 其他电线.
整流器安装步骤,：
1、接上交流输入线,正负极输出不接
2、启动机车,测量正负极输出电压
3、电压范围合理时,再插上正负极线
4、再测试电瓶或整流器正负端的电压,看一下是否在合理范围内,如是电压范围不合理停止使用并反馈.
