2、使用自主研发的高温焊料，焊接温度高达1100℃以上，防止在铣削过程中产生高温致使刀尖脱落。
3、利用先进的热处理工艺，使产品形成上下部分两节硬度，上部硬度为HRC52以上，
4、下部硬度为HRC40左右，有效的降低上部在工作的磨损，防止高强度冲击下下部断裂。
