1. 将带滑轮的挂钩固定在一个牢固的地方。
2. 用另一头的挂钩和连接它的绳子去悬挂物品。
3. 调节悬挂物品的高度，可往下拉动不带挂钩的绳子。
4. 如需向下调节悬挂物品的高度，请往上推动悬挂滑轮中的止位控制杠杆，往下拉带挂钩的绳子到设定高度即可。

2. Use another carabiner in the other end of rope to hang your product.
3. Pull the rope which without the carabiner to adjust the product upward.
4. If need to adjust the product downward ,should push the position lever which embedded in the pulley,then pull the rope which with the carabiner.
