一、原理性能和用途：当温控器感温探头周围的温度变化时，探头内的工质产生相应的热胀冷缩（工质体积变化），与感温探头连通的膜盒产生膨胀或收缩带动开关通断动作，达到恒温目的。温控器具有控温准确，稳定可靠，开停温差小，控温调节范围大，过载电流大等性能特点。主要用于家电行业（淋浴器、滚筒式洗衣机、暖风机），电热设备（不锈钢全自动开水器、电热油炸锅、食品机械、医疗设备），制冷设备（厨房冷柜、保鲜柜、冷库、制冰机、鱼池、冷饮机、暖气机）等控温用。
二、接线方法：温控器有1、2、C 三个接线脚。当C和1串接在电源电路上时，温度升高达到所需控制温度时，会自动切断电源（用电器停止工作），当温度降低时，会自动接通电源（用电器开始工作）；当C和2串接在电源电路上时，当温度升高时，会自动接通电源（用电器开始工作），当温度降低达到所需控制温度时，会自动切断电源（用电器停止工作）。
