我公司根据GB 12158《防止静电事故通用导则》；GB 13348-92《液体石油产品静电安全规程》；SY/T 7355-2017《油品采样测温用绳安全规范》等标准、规范，研制并生产出适用于石油化工企业液体石油产品使用的防静电型采样测温检水绳。
防静电采样绳导静电性能良好，能将在采样、测温、检水作业时遇到的电荷很快消散，防止静电局部蓄积，引起燃烧与爆炸。从而避免静电事故的发生，达到导电防爆目的。
防静电采样绳特点
（1）防静电采样绳的导静电性能良好，电阻值符合规范。
（2）采用新型导电纤维与进口导电纤维制成，不脱色，使用周期长。
（3）防静电采样绳柔软、重量轻，使用方便。
（4）本产品出厂前，除经本企业质量控制部检定外，还经过中国石油化工集团公司安全工程科学研究院技术检测，各项指标稳定，达到标准要求。
防静电采样绳使用注意事项
（1）采样绳一端配有接地片，用户将接地片固定在金属接地夹上。另一端与采样，测温，检水等器具牢固相连。防静电采样绳接地夹与现场接地排固定后进行采样、测温、检水等作业。
（2）进行采样，测温，检水等作业时动作平缓。上提速度不得大于0.5米/秒，下落速度不得大于1米/秒。
（3）在相对静止状态下对液体石油产品进行采样，测温，检水等作业。
（4）防静电采样绳使用周期为三个月，使用中如果发现深色纤维脱落、磨损、断裂等现象时需及时更换。
