微织构自润滑陶瓷材料,提高了Al2O3陶瓷材料的综合力学性能。该咖啡色自润陶瓷材料的断裂韧性和抗弯强度分别为7.43MPa·m1/2和504.8MPa,比普通氧化铝陶瓷材料分别提高约0.4%和12.3%。

在载荷100N、转速200r/min的条件下进行摩擦磨损试验,试验时间为15min。结果表明:咖啡色自润陶瓷材料摩擦系数曲线较为平稳,整体摩擦系数低于普通氧化铝陶瓷材料;与普通氧化铝陶瓷材料相比,最大摩擦系数和最小摩擦系数分别减少约33.3%和18.2%。undefined
