ORDERDING INFORMATION

（1）所有的照片均为实物拍摄，受拍摄角度和显示器光线影响难免存在误差，误差范围通常为1~5mm范围之内，不属于质量问题，具体请参照尺寸说明，以收到的实物为准。

Photos Notes - all photos were taken in kind, as different screens, shooting or light exposure and so on,the color may be a little different,usually 1-5mm differences due to manual measurement,it is not quality issue,please refer to the description of part dimensions and in kind prevail.

（2）质量保证：所有的货物发货前由质量控制检查员至少检查两次，如出现问题请在收到货物7天之内不影响二次销售的情况下联系我们解决处理。

Quality guaranteed - all goods will be inspected at least twice by quality control inspectors before shipment. We provide a free 7 days warranty for items. We do not cover any items for damage after use or as the result of water damage.

（1）库存问题

About Stock

店铺能拍的产品基本为实际库存，为避免临时断货，请在提交订单后及时付款。

All goods that can be placed is really stock,pls finish payment timly when you make orders to avoid out of stock.

（2）关于付款
About payment

目前，支持支付宝支付、信用卡支付、银行转账，如果想通过其他方式支付，请联系卖家。

Currently, it supports alipay payment, credit card payment, bank transfer, if need more payment ways please feel free to contact us.

（3）关于发货
About Delivery

所有的货物我们尽可能在48小时之内给您发出去，我们合作申通中通快递，如出现临时缺货或者库存没来得及更新的情况，我们会及时通知您。

Normally all orders will be shipped out within 48 hours by STO or ZTO Express,if appear the circumstanceof temporary shortage or the problem of update the inventory，we will inform you ASAP.

（4）关于退换货
How to Return

步骤1: 旺旺或者电话联系卖家

Step 1. To contact us by AliWangwang or call us directly

步骤2: 提供尽可能多的细节问题

Step 2. Provide us as much details as possible about the problems.

步骤3: 退回货物，注明退换理由，标注订单号，旺旺留言快递公司名称及运单号

Step3 . Return the items and indicate the reasons for replacement, note the order number, the name of the express company also the tracking number.

步骤4: 如果是产品质量问题退换货运费由卖家承担，如果是买家喜好或者其他问题由买家承担

（5）饰品保养
Jewelry care

避免摩擦，避免硬物划痕。运动、游泳时避免佩戴。不戴首饰时，要擦干净，放首饰盒保存。

Avoid friction and scratches by hard objects. Do not wear jewelry during exercise, bathing and swimming. Clean it and put into jewelry box to save when not wearing.
