第二，60度10分钟加热固化，常温水不溶解，80度水1~3分钟溶解
可丝印上胶 用于芯片，半导体材料，精密玻璃线路丝印保护，敏感性材料临时性保护，对于应力要求比较高，避免应力损伤，替代可剥胶方案
喷涂型 用于芯片，半导体材料，精密光学玻璃，精密线路丝印保护，敏感性材料临时性保护，对于应力要求比较高，替代可剥胶方案，高速电磁阀喷涂上胶
浸泡型 精密电感，电容，传感器局部遮蔽保护
第三，高温型 可以耐300度2H高温制程，后续完全溶解于85度热水，环保，直排

水溶蜡 固态蜡 120度融化，整个蜡包裹要加工的产品，成一块蜡块（用治具协助）
初步用夹具压紧，冷却1~3H以后再进行切割加工
切削液温度尽量保持在15度左右，加工完85度热水中完全溶解。
