开局先确定一个人为“老板”（一般先选今天的东家或者开牌者为“老板”），等待下一个老板驾到。轮流抽牌或者发牌，除抽到9以外，每当有人喝酒时都需要向老板敬酒，老板可以选择“随意”，“半杯”，“一杯”作陪。
当老板有了秘书后，就是老板潇洒的时候了。
