4.最后再一次加入刚烧开的沸水 拧紧盖子，放置1-5小时，具体时间按照焖煮食材所需时间定夺。
稀饭是2-3小时。
加豆类的稀饭一定要先泡3-5小时，然后在锅里煮3-5分钟捞起后再和米一起放入罐内倒入刚烧开的沸水，拧紧盖子焖煮。
加肉类海鲜类的稀饭一定要先将肉类放入锅里煮3-5分钟捞起后再和米一起放入罐内倒入刚烧开的沸水，拧紧盖子焖煮。
