1.1.1 本机能完成下列工作:
1）清理热处理件、焊接件、铸件、锻件等的氧化皮和焊渣，清理质量可达到 Sa3 级；
2）清理机加件的微毛刺、表面残留物等；
3）能用作工件表面涂、镀前的预处理加工，可获得活性表面，提高涂、镀层的附着力；
4）能用作改善工件表面物理机械性能，如改变表面应力状态，改善配合偶件的润滑条件；
5）也很适合用来作旧机件的翻新。
