1、不锈钢食用器皿在使用前，须用开水烫洗几遍，进行高温消毒。
2、避免打翻、掉落、碰撞及强力冲击，否则会造成不锈钢制品变形，影响美观及使用效果。
3、不锈钢制品切勿长时间与酱油、醋等含有盐份的物质（或其他酸碱性物质）接触，以免生锈。
4、不锈钢器皿内侧有时会因盛放物中含有铁等物质的影响而产生一些红色锈斑点，可用温水加入稀释醋浸泡三十分钟后，充分清洗。
5、不锈钢器皿宜用柔软的布和经温水稀释的食器清洁剂清洗。勿使用碱性漂白剂、金属菜瓜布、化学抹布等。
6、为防止异味或污渍的产生，且能长久清洁的使用，不锈钢器皿在使用后，请清洗干净并使其充分地干燥。
7、不锈钢器皿高温受热后，勿直接用手接触，以免烫伤。
