问：定制客人产品，需提供什么素材文件？
答：需提供AI/CDR/PDF等原稿文件,如没有原稿设计,可提供清楚图片.
问：模具费包含打样费吗，样品能提供多少个？
答：模具费也就是打样费，提供样品2-3个，如金额较大样品只提供样品1个，如客户需要另加样品，需按照产品单价另行收取样品费。
问：打样样期是多久？
答：打样一般是在7-10天内,视产品设计复杂程度而定.
问：如何确认工厂做的产品同客人的设计是否符合,中间可以改模具吗?改模是否要客人承担费用？
答：在收到模具费后，我司会按排模具技术人员画2D或3D的效果图给客户确认，在没有正式开模之前，客户可以提出修改意见，我司在技术上可以达到的情况下，修改模方案。在开模过程中如因客户原因在已确认模具图情况下再提出修改，由此产生重做模具费用由客户承担.
