【使用方法】
1. 将牙托浸入到90℃左右的热水中，水深以牙托能完全浸没，而手柄留在水面外为宜；在水中浸15秒左右取出牙托，此时以牙托的竖立面微微卷起、塌软为合适；
2. 提着手柄轻轻甩干残留水滴，迅速将牙托准确地佩戴到牙床上，用吮吸的方法排出牙托与牙床之间的空气，手指紧压牙托和牙齿的接触面，同时舌尖顶住内面，挤出其中的空气和水；
3. 坚持5秒后取出牙托，放入冷水中清洗并冷却，观察牙龈线是否清晰；
4. 仔细用剪刀贴着牙龈线剪去多余材料，最后剪掉手柄；
