2. 注意保存。干燥的地方保存，避免湿热环境，以免生锈。
3. 保持干燥。使用铁锅煮过食物后，记得将锅口向下放在锅架上晾干，避免锅底有积水。
4. 定期养护。使用完铁锅后，可以用清水擦拭干净，再在锅内涂上一层橄榄油或食用油，放置在热锅上，烘烤10分钟左右即可。这样可以防锈蚀、延长铁锅的使用寿命。
