牙托制作方法:
1.将牙托放入70度左右的温水中浸泡10-15秒,使牙托变软,注意不要用太烫90度的热水,这样会使牙托皱成一团,当看到牙托边缘起皱时即可捞出;
2.将变软的牙托放入嘴里,佩戴上牙床,用力吮吸排出牙托与牙床之间的空气,同时用手前后用力压紧牙托与牙床的结合面,使之与牙床紧密贴合在一起,这样做出来的牙托才是适合你的牙齿的形状,注意速度要快,但不要用力咬;
3.用手按压好后,大约维持半分钟,此时可取出已经定好型的牙托;
4.沿着已经定好型的牙托上压印出来的齿龈线(牙齿与牙龈间的那条线),用剪刀剪掉多余的材料,同时剪掉手柄,此时牙托制作完成.剪掉齿龈线以上部分,可使凝胶只与牙齿接触,避免伤害牙龈.
注意:
1.如果牙托一次没制作好,可重复进行第二次定型,直到满意为止;
2.牙托使用前后,请用清水冲洗;
3.牙托的更换时间为3-4个月,同牙刷一样;
第一次带牙托,肯定会有不适感,坚持多几次就习惯了.
