- 氩气压力低（Argon Low）：检查氩气分压表上的压力是否达到规定的数值，如果不足，检查氩气瓶是否压力，如果压力过低调换氩气瓶。否则需要重新调整分压表上的压力并检查氩气传输管道是否有泄露。
- 压板没有压好（Clamp Up）：确保样品在激发前放置在火花台上，并用压板压好。确保样品表面清洁干净。
- 安全门未关好（Door Open）：检查仪器前面的面罩是否安装正确，确保安全门关闭。
- 光源开关没有打开（Source Off）：检查光源开关是否已经打开。
- 计算机与光谱仪没有通讯（No communication, No data received, please check hardware）：检查通信电缆线与计算机的接口以及电缆线与光谱仪后面板处的接触情况（必要时更换线缆）。
在以上各项检查后仍有问题存在时候，请联系维修工程师确认故障，根据实际情况更换损坏的主板。
