产品说明：
1.过滤的酸奶需要浓稠一点的；
2.必须使用过滤袋作为辅助；
3.如果按照放满：外面大桶容量1.7L；里面的过滤桶容量1.1L。（但是不建议放到过半，会影响过滤效果）；
4.快速过滤，可通过旋钮拧压到差不多的状态。如需更像干酪，可以加弹簧冷藏静置，冷藏时间不宜超过48小时，在这个时间范围内，过滤时间越久，凝固状态相对越干。可以多次尝试，选出个人喜欢的过滤时间和口感。
5. 酸奶在拧压过程中，有少量漏出，属于正常现象，待酸奶较稠时，就会稳定。
6. 酸奶倒入过滤器后，全部或者大部分直接漏出，说明搅拌过多或者凝固度不够，这样的酸奶还是可以食用或当菌种继续使用，只是不能再继续过滤。
