铜软连接，搭接口采用分子扩散焊技术一次性焊接成型。佛山卓尔特电器产品质量好，导电性强，承受电流大，电阻值小，经久耐用等特点。广泛应用于冶金（如:电解铝、电解锌、电解铜）、化工（电镀）、输变电工程（如:电厂、电站）、电力设备（如:变压器、配电柜）、炭素、电力机车、海轮等，随着新能源行业发展也广泛应用到新能源行业上。
铜软连接产品由以下两种技术成型:
1、将铜箔叠片部分压在一起，采用分子扩散焊，通过大电流加热压焊成型。
材料:采用优质0.05~0.3mm厚铜箔。
2、将铜箔叠片部分压在一起，采用银基钎焊料，与扁铜块对焊成型。
材料:采用优质0.05~0.3mm厚铜箔。
