30度刀刃平 适用于刻小字体 45度是常用型号 常用于刻即时贴 不干胶等材料
60度刀刃长 适用于刻比较厚的材料 如：普通反光膜等
刻刀的使用
刻刀不宜伸出刀座过长，一般以半毫米之内为佳，同时注意刻小字时适当伸出长些，以避免刀座在不干胶上带走刻好的笔画。刻小字宜用新刻刀并放慢速度，刻大字则不太讲究。
当刻出的字发生有带角现象时，先换刀以排除到的问题，如果换刀后现象依旧，那就应该是刀座的问题。
当刀座出现问题时，可尝试在轴承内滴一滴机油并将刀插入转动几次来润滑，如仍无法解决，则该考虑更换刀座了。
