KD-PSA-K车辆钥匙管理器 人体静电消除联锁控制器，属于防溢流防静电控制器的重要组成部分，适用于石油化工等危险场所的槽罐车装卸作业。为了保障装卸车工作的安全进行，该产品具有管理车辆钥匙和释放人体静电功能，正确存储车辆启动钥匙，同时消除人体静电，输出开关信号给控制系统，安全操作完成后才能够进行作业。
发油前，打开钥匙箱门，把电子钥匙插入，关闭钥匙箱门，然后释放人体静电，输出开关信号给批控仪，否则系统无法启动。发油结束后，静电夹、鹤管、插头等全部归位后，电子钥匙才能拔出，车辆方可启动；发油过程中，拔出钥匙，发油停止。
防溢流防静电控制器系列产品钥匙管理型人体静电控制器经国家石油和化学工业电气产品防爆质量监督检验中心检验，符合下列标准：
GB3836.1-2010 爆炸性环境 部分：设I通用要求
