该快速自动测氢仪的全部测试过程采用微机控制，并由微机对测试数据进行多种校正和处理，数字显示测定物中含氢的毫克数，并可更换显示测定的结果——单位重量燃烧的氢的含量，并打印出总氢值。每一试样测定时间约10-13min，测定结果的符合国标GB476-91。
该仪器与目前使用的三节炉燃烧法相比具有测定迅速，自动化操作简单，触摸键盘输入各种数据，打印机打出结果，体积小，重量轻等特点。
同时该仪器也可以用称量吸收法测碳，其符合国标GB476-91的要求。
快速自动测氢仪参数：
1、测定范围：氢：0-20%，碳：1-99.9% 。
2、供电电源：220V±10%;50Hz 。
3、温度控制：800℃±10℃;300℃±10℃ 。
4、电解电压：涂膜电解电压：10V ，工作电解电压：24V。
5、电流：电解电流＞500mA，终点电流 ＜60mA 。
6、测定时间：约10-13min，其中在300℃处停留30min ，在500℃处停留2min ，在800℃处停留10min。
7、库仑积分仪的稳定性：线性度±0.1% 。
