EP-06X型电解抛光腐蚀仪是一台集电解抛光、腐蚀功能为一体的金相制样仪器。适合于工厂、大专院校、科研机构等实验室使用。该设备利用电化学原理进行金相样品的制备，还可用于金相试样的抛光，也可用于金相试样的腐蚀，具备制样快，重复性好、没有机械加工的变形层等优点，是有色金属试样、钢尤其是不锈钢制备金相样品的理想设备。
一、主要特点
1.电压、电流范围大，可同时满足各种材料的抛光和腐蚀；
2.实现恒定电流和恒定电压工作方式；
3.直流0~100V / 0~6A，电流/电压值可定制；
4.电压、电流有粗调和微调切换功能，能准稳定的设定电压电流值；
5.电压电流调节、显示精度小数点后两位；
6.电信号低纹波，稳定性高；
7.电源过压、过热以及市电输入过欠压保护；
8.可控制样品的抛光/腐蚀面积（样品罩开孔直径15mm，20mm，30mm）；
9.控制抛光/腐蚀工作时间；
10.搅拌装置保证了抛光/腐蚀介质均匀，样品表面环境一致；
