结构

用于车削工件外圆、端面的直头、90°及45°弯头车刀，通孔镗刀，不通孔镗刀，切断刀等。

 

刀槽的形式及参数

为使刀片焊接牢固，刃磨量小，故要在刀杆上加工出槽形，常见刀槽形式有以下几种。

 

(1)开口槽 形状简单，加工容易，但焊接面积小，适用于C型刀片。

 

(2)半封闭槽 只能用铣刀加工，制造较困难，但焊接刀片牢固，适用于A、B型刀片。

 

(3)封闭槽 夹持刀片牢固，焊接可靠，用于螺纹刀具，适用于E型刀片。

 

(4)切口槽 用于底面积较小的切断刀、切槽刀，从而增大焊接面积提高结合强度，适用于D型刀片。
