无尘布由100%聚酯纤维双编织而成，表面柔软，易于擦拭敏感表面，摩擦不脱纤维，具有良好的吸水性及清洁效率。产品的清洗和包装均在超净车间完成。无尘布可选封边一般有：冷裁，激光封边，超声波封边。超细纤维无尘布一般用激光、超声波完美封边。产品型号包括1009,3008,3009,4008,4009,8008,8009,超细无尘卷轴布10MM*50M*25.4MM,15MM*50M*25.4MM,20MM*50M*25.4MM等.常用尺寸有9*9寸,6*6寸,4*4寸.其他尺寸可订做.

使用方法

1.使用和拆包的时候，需要带上无尘手套和口罩。

2.无尘布既可以蘸上溶剂进行擦拭，也可以直接进行擦拭，用于方便。

3.擦拭使用的时候，要将无尘布的四边都包在内部，不可用无尘布的边缘进行接触擦拭物的表面面积。

4.在高端的无尘布使用时，必须要在洁净的环境下进行拆开内部包装袋，并在拆包之前要将包装袋进行清洁干净，特别是开口处一定要保持整洁。

5.在操作中使用时，无尘布一定要保持平整，不可以搓揉，在移动擦拭时，要尽量将布的纤维以及擦拭表面时做到完全接触，也要确保按同一个方向进行擦拭，不可以来回的重复擦拭。

清洗

1.用18.2兆欧EDI纯水非离子型表面活性洗涤，对无尘布清洗。在清洗完毕后，要用清水进行彻底的冲洗干净。

2.不能使用漂白剂等化学试剂进行清洗，这样会缩短无尘布的使用寿命。

3.应该选用中性洗涤剂用温水来清洗。

4.在空气中晾干或是用烘干机烘干，切勿熨烫或暴晒。

5.不能使用柔软剂，因为柔软剂会在超细纤维的表面上留下一层薄膜，这样会严重影响擦拭效果。
