功能介绍：
1：一键测量操作，延时自动关闭电源。关断电流只有20nA，支持电池操作。
2：自动检测PNP和NPN型双极晶体管，N、P沟道MOSFET，JFET场效应管，二极管，双二极管，可控硅，电阻，电容，电感。自动检测引脚定义。
3：测量双极型晶体管的电流放大系数（B）和发射结的导通电压（Uf）。达林顿晶体管可以通过高阈值电压和高电流放大系数识别。
4：可以检测出双极型晶体管和MOSFET内部的保护二极管并显示在屏幕上。
5：测量MOSFET的阈值电压和栅极电容值。
6：支持两个电阻的测量，电位器也可以测量。如果电位器调整到它的一端，则测试仪不能分辨中间和两端的引脚。
7：电阻测量的分辨率是0.1欧姆，最高测量值达50M欧姆。
8：电容测量范围从25pf到100mF（10万UF）。分辨率可达1 pF，电感测量范围为0.01MH-20H，否则会显示为电阻，如果电感的直流电阻值高于2100欧也会显示为电阻。 电容测试时，屏幕上显示的VLoss是损耗、衰减的意思这个值越大，电容越接近报废啦！ESR是阻抗，这个数值越小，电容性能越好！
9：可以检测2UF以上的电容器的等效串联电阻（ESR），分辨率为0.01欧姆。此功能对于检测电容性能非常重要。
10：可以对两个二极管显示正确方向的符号，同时显示正向压降。
11：LED检测为二极管，正向压降比正常值偏高。双发光二极管检测为双二极管。检测同时发光二极管会闪亮。
12：每次测试的时间是大约两秒钟，只有大电容和电感测量会需要较长的时间
重要提示：所有电容测试前都要先放电。
Vloss是损耗，衰减的意思，这个数值越大，电容的性能越差，越接近报废
