FMC-GES15-DP系列光纤收发器符合IEEE802.3z、IEEE802.3ab标准，旨在通过一根光纤在10/100/1000BASE-T和1000BASE-X千兆以太网之间转换数据信号。

它支持10/100/1000BASE-T和1000BASE-SX/LX/EX/ZX的应用。由这种高性能介质转换器转换从RJ 45 Cooper Cat.5/6网络电缆的数据信号可以通过多模62.5/125 um或单模9/125 um光纤最大传输高达100公里。该收发器配有两个光纤连接头器(TX和RX)和一个RJ-45连接头以及一个电源插座.内置6个LED指示灯，方便诊断和监测电源PWR、以太网TP/ACT的状态 、光纤连接状态FX/ACT、全/半双工状态F DX和传输数据速率1000 M和100 M。 它可以自动配置为全双工或半双工操作。

它采用双电源设计，针对高要求的使用环境，收发器自身带有备用电源，当A电源出现故障时，B电源自动切入工作，确保收发器继续正常工作，同时也极大方便了安装，+48VDC和100~265VAC随意连接使用。结构紧凑、高性价比，可靠性高和稳定。

10/100/1000M Gigabit Dual Powers fiber media converter

The FMC-GES-DP series Media Converter complies with IEEE802.3z, IEEE802.3ab standards. It is designed to convert data signal between 10/100/1000 Base-T and 1000Base-X Gigabit Ethernet through one optical fiber.

It supports 10/100/1000Base-T and 1000Base-X applications. The data signal converted by such high performance media converter can be transmitted up to 100km maximum by single-mode 9/125um fiber-optical cable from RJ45 Cooper Cat.5 network cable.

The Converter is equipped with two fiber optic connectors (One for transmitting-TX and another for receiving-RX) and one RJ-45 Jacks and one power supply receptacle. Six LED indicators are built-in for easy diagnosing and monitoring the status of power(PWR), Unshielded Twisted Paired Link/ UTP Activity(TP/ACT), Fiber Link/ Fiber Activity(FX/ACT), Full/Half duplex (FDX) and data rates(1000M) and (100M). It can be configured automatically for Full Duplex or Half Duplex operation.

It adopts dual power supply design, aiming at the high requirement use environment, the transceiver itself has the standby power supply, when the A power supply fails, the B power supply automatically cuts in to work, ensures that the transceiver continues to work normally, at the same time, it also greatly facilitates the installation, 48VDC and 100~265VAC are connected at will. Compact structure, high performance-price ratio, high reliability and stability.

接口描述：

RJ-45接口

传输介质采用典型长度为100米以内的CAT 5或CAT6双绞线.它具有自动识别直线线和交叉线的功能。

光纤接口

一个单纤双向光纤接口TX/RX，SC/LC/ST/FC多种光纤接口可选。

连接方式

用RJ-45接口连接网络设备(工作站、集线器或交换机)，通过双绞线连接到光纤收发器的RJ-45插孔。光纤连接到收发器的SC/ST/LC/FC光纤接口。相应的LED会立即开启，识别连接状态。(LED指示灯见下表)
