【关于产品返修】

本店基本产品保修期为：3个月以上，一年以下。具体情况 看选购的商品为准。

如产品出现质量问题，没超出质保期内（非人为损坏的情况下），买家可以以累积的方式，等坏品累计到了一定的数量之后再一次性发回来换，换好的产品可以再需要订货的时候再连同订购的货品一起发回去。（本公司不负责产品返修的来回运费，客户需自付。）

【关于退换货问题】

1.不同产品，都有相应的质保期，在质保期内如出现质量问题，非人为损坏的情况下，可以更换新的。（不影响二次销售，视产品外观损坏程度而定）

2.如单次混批的产品出现严重质量问题，买家需要退货的，请尽量在收到货后的7天之内，与我商行工作人员联系解决处理，超过规定时间内的，不可退货。（退货的前提必须是产品外观和包装要保持完好、清洁，不得有损坏或磨损的迹象。）

3.产品本身没有质量问题的，属于人为损坏的，包装损破的，超过质保期的，一律不可退换货。

【关于物流问题】
