The lightweight Sachtler Ace XL SpeedLock Tripod System with 75mm bowl combines the Ace XL fluid head with the SpeedLock 75 carbon fiber tripod and a mid-level spreader. Designed for mirrorless and digital cine-style cameras, the Ace XL supports rigs weighing up to 8 kg / 17.6 pounds. This system is suitable for larger DSLR and mirrorless MFT cameras, as well as pro-style cameras such as the Canon C200/C300 Mk II.
The Ace XL is a durable and very lightweight fluid head providing jerk-free smooth camera movements. It features eight steps of counterbalance and three steps of pan and tilt drag adjustment, plus a zero drag option for pan and tilt. Cameras are mounted using the slide-in plate. With a sliding range of 104 mm / 4.06", this head can adapt to a variety of rig configurations. With an integrated flat head base, the Ace XL can be used when shooting with a slider.
Weighting just 4,30 kg / 9.46 lb, this extremely compact carbon fiber system is ideal for run-and-gun shooting. Only one fast-action clamp is used to simultaneously lock the lower and upper section, which makes setting up and adjusting the tripod very easy and fast.
